Commitment to Accessibility
At Sportian, we believe accessibility is essential for delivering an inclusive experience for everyone. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our digital products to ensure they are increasingly accessible and easy to use for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We apply best accessibility practices across our web and mobile platforms, in accordance with current regulations, including Law 11/2023 of May 8, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).
Conformance Status
We are in an ongoing process of improvement to achieve the highest possible level of compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7. We recognize that certain aspects of our website and mobile apps still need enhancement. Currently, this product is partially compliant, and we are actively working toward greater accessibility.
Content Under Improvement
We know accessibility is a constant effort, so we are focused on optimizing the following aspects:
- Improve text alternatives for images and non-text content (WCAG 2.1 – 1.1.1).
- Strengthen color contrast in some texts (1.4.3).
- Ensure full keyboard navigation and visible focus (2.1.1, 2.4.3, 2.4.7).
- Make structure and relationships understandable via assistive technologies (1.3.1).
- Add accessible names/roles to links, buttons, media players (4.1.2).
- Group input fields properly with accessible labels and autocomplete (3.3.2, 1.3.5).
- Ensure error messages are clear, accessible, and not color-dependent (3.3.1).
