Access to this Website or its contents is the sole responsibility of the users.

Access to this Website is free of charge and viewing does not require prior subscription.

This Sportian Website contains information concerning Sportian, images, information, as well as other relevant data about Sportian. In general, the information included on this Website is for informational purposes only. General access and browsing through the Website do not imply prior registration by the User, except for those services and/or utilities that require it, in which case it will be necessary to provide the minimum information required through the corresponding forms.

2.2. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").

In the event that such requests from Sportian are not attended to by the corresponding User, by mere legal or judicial mandate, or simply in response to its own legitimate interests or those of third parties, Sportian may block and remove from the Website, at any time, the elements, information, ratings and contents in the event of knowing their illegitimacy without the need for prior notice to the Users.
