Sportian is committed to upholding the best values and principles and conduct of integrity, in the firm belief and commitment to the highest standards of honesty and ethical and responsible behavior.
Both a team and a company not only have to hold solid values, they also have to believe in them, defend them and share them. This is one of the reasons why we decided to reflect them in our Code of Ethics, to show a shared understanding not only of who we are and what we do, but also of who we want to be, what society we want and how we do it.

ABOUT OUR ETHICS LINE
Our Ethics Line (also known as “Whistleblower Channel” and/or “Internal Reporting Channel”), is the internal channel through which employees and third parties can communicate their concerns and report potential irregularities under the terms provided for in Spanish Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
It also guarantees the protection of whistleblowers against possible reprisals. It is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is managed outside of Sportian to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.
