Commitment to Accessibility
At Sportian, we believe accessibility is essential for delivering an inclusive experience for everyone. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our digital products to ensure they are increasingly accessible and easy to use for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We apply best accessibility practices across our web and mobile platforms, in accordance with current regulations, including Law 11/2023 of May 8, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).
Conformance Status
We are in an ongoing process of improvement to achieve the highest possible level of compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7. We recognize that certain aspects of our website and mobile apps still need enhancement. Currently, this product is partially compliant, and we are actively working toward greater accessibility.

We know accessibility is a constant effort, so we are focused on optimizing the following aspects:
- Improve text alternatives for non-text content (1.1.1).
- Enable skip links for content blocks (2.4.1).
- Enhance keyboard navigation, focus order, and focus visibility (2.1.1, 2.4.3, 2.4.7).
- Ensure structure and relationships are accessible (1.3.1).
- Adjust color use and contrast in links/graphics (1.4.1, 1.4.11).
- Improve contrast for better readability (1.4.3).
- Support zoom/text resizing without losing functionality (1.4.4).
- Keep content visible long enough for comprehension (2.2.1).
- Set appropriate page titles (2.4.2).
- Clarify purpose of links, labels, headers (2.4.4, 2.4.6).
- Assign proper names/attributes to actionable items (4.1.2).
- Label inputs properly with groups and autofill (3.3.2, 1.3.5).
- Ensure mouse and keyboard interaction (3.2.1).
- Announce dynamic content and alerts to assistive tech (3.2.2, 4.1.3).
- Improve error messaging clarity and accessibility (3.3.1).
