Commitment to Accessibility

At Sportian, we believe accessibility is essential for delivering an inclusive experience for everyone. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our digital products to ensure they are increasingly accessible and easy to use for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We apply best accessibility practices across our web and mobile platforms, in accordance with current regulations, including Law 11/2023 of May 8, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

Conformity status

We are in an ongoing process of improvement to achieve the highest possible level of compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7. We recognize that certain aspects of our website and mobile apps still need enhancement. Currently, this product is partially compliant, and we are actively working toward greater accessibility.

Content under improvement

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are focusing on optimizing the following areas:

- Provide better alt text for non-text elements (1.1.1, 1.4.5).
- Fix skip-navigation techniques (2.4.1).
- Resolve keyboard access issues and improve focus handling (2.1.1, 2.4.3, 2.4.7).
- Add subtitles/transcripts to videos (1.2.1, 1.2.3, 1.2.5).
- Ensure structure and relationships are accessible via software (1.3.1).
- Avoid using color alone for links/info; fix contrast in graphics (1.4.1, 1.4.11).
- Define accessible names, roles, and properties for interactive elements (4.1.2).
- Label and group input fields and add autofill (3.3.2, 1.3.5).
- Ensure hover-only interactions work with keyboard (3.2.1).Make dynamic content and alerts screen-reader friendly (3.2.2).
- Improve form error messaging and ensure it's announced (3.3.1, 3.3.3).
