New platforms will offer personalized fan experiences with integrated ticketing, e-commerce and multimedia content

Club America Builds New App and Website with Sportian


The Club América fanbase can now access an all-new entertainment hub after the Liga MX club launched its new official application and official web page, powered by Sportian, the sports division of Globant.

The 16-time Mexican champion has over 45 million fans in the Americas alone, and this refresh of its key digital assets continues a bold strategy to offer digital experiences comparable to those offered by the world’s leading clubs.

Designed to enhance engagement and accessibility, fans can now access ticketing and online commerce services within the new platforms, along with multimedia content, real-time match data, calendars and latest news.

The key new features include:

Ticketing – Access to Club ticket purchasing,
Real-Time & Comparative Match Data – Live updates and sporting data from all Club América matches, allowing the fanbase to track their favorite players and compare stats,
Multimedia Content – A full catalog of match highlights, archived games, player interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage,
Official Store – Access to Ameshop, the club’s official store, to purchase club merchandise.

The launch of these key digital platforms marks another step forward in Club América’s diverse fan engagement strategy, which seeks to make all global followers feel the fierce loyalty that has characterized the club over its 108-year history.

With Globant Sportian’s Maker platform at the core, the new app and web provide a foundation for future innovations as well as personalized engagement with fans. Going forward, the club will be able to integrate additional services and third-party platforms, expanding the range of features available to the fan, while also analyzing user feedback to understand individual needs and strengthen their connection to the club.
